Site Visit Information
NON-MANDATORY site visits will be held at each building on MONDAY, April 28, 2025
immediately after pre-bid meeting. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional
Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and
bidding procedures. ALL prospective bidders are ENCOURAGED to attend for
clarification of site constraints. Meetings are planned at:

Description
Scope of work includes; planning, design, bid/award, construction phase, and warranty
services for select interior spaces, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, and finish renovations
in Buildings 1, 5, and 6. Scope will include readjustment mechanical, electrical and
plumbing services/ fixtures, toilet partitions, interior finishes, addition or removal of room
partitions, doors hardware and finishes as noted on drawings to meet Facility Standards
for quality and energy efficiency. Reconfiguration of certain restrooms, is also needed to
conform to the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and the user’s occupancy requirements.
Refer to Division 01 of the technical specifications for a complete, detailed breakdown of
the base bids and alternates for this project.
This project includes a Project Labor Agreement that will be executed between the lowest
responsible/responsive bidder and the East Central Illinois Building and Construction
Trades Council. A copy of the Project Labor Agreement is included at the end of Section
00 90 00.
