General Scope includes:
a. Exterior improvements to utilities and landscape.
b. All interior improvements to finishes and building systems.
c. Select preservation and recreation of historic elements at interior.

1956 Rebuild:
a. Disassembly of 1956 addition.
b. Rebuilding of 1956 addition to align floors.
c. Installing a mechanical basement at the 1956 rebuild.

Job Purchase Information:
